These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the facilities, spaces, and services of Rworks Coworking (a Regency Properties project), located at Torres de las Américas, Punta Pacífica, Panama City. By booking or using any of our spaces, you accept the terms described below.

1. Description of Services

Rworks offers shared workspaces under different formats: private offices, meeting rooms, a workshop room, Media Room, and an auditorium/event halls. Each space includes the services described in its corresponding plan (wifi, coffee station, receptionist, access to common areas, among others), subject to availability.

2. Bookings and Payments

Meeting rooms, the workshop room, Media Room, and the auditorium are booked by the hour through our online platform or by coordinating directly with the Rworks team. Private offices are contracted under a monthly plan. Payment is made when the booking is confirmed or as agreed in the corresponding contract for private offices.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

[To be defined by Rworks: minimum notice period to cancel without penalty, refund percentage based on advance notice, and the procedure for requesting a cancellation.] We recommend contacting our team as far in advance as possible if you need to modify or cancel a booking.

4. Rules of Use and Conduct

By using Rworks spaces, you agree to:

  • Respect the maximum capacity of each booked space.
  • Maintain respectful behavior toward other users and Rworks staff.
  • Not damage furniture, equipment, or facilities — any damage caused by misuse may be billed to whoever caused it.
  • Not use the spaces for illegal activities or activities contrary to the building's coexistence policies.
  • Comply with the access hours agreed for each type of booking.

5. Liability

Rworks is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within its facilities. Each user is responsible for their belongings while on the premises. Rworks will also not be liable for service interruptions (such as power or internet outages) that are outside its reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

The logo, isotype, brand name, and other visual elements of Rworks are the property of Regency Properties. No content on this site may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written authorization.

7. Changes to These Terms

Rworks may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute arising from the use of our spaces or services will be resolved in accordance with applicable Panamanian law.
