Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. Meeting rooms and hourly spaces are booked without a contract — you only pay for the time you use. Private offices run on flexible monthly plans; we'll talk with you to find the one that best fits your company.

Can I visit the space before booking?

Of course. You can schedule an in-person visit by messaging us on WhatsApp or through the contact form, or take a virtual tour from the "Virtual Tour" button at the top of the site.

Is parking included?

Yes, we have parking available for staff and visitors within Torres de las Américas.

What does the private office plan include?

High-speed Wifi, receptionist, coffee station, access to meeting rooms, dining area, printing area, and parking — all included in the same monthly plan, with no hidden costs.

How do I book a meeting room or the auditorium?

What are your business hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you need to arrange access outside of that schedule for an event or special booking, message us and we'll review it with our team.

Can I record a podcast or video in the Media Room?

Yes. The Media Room is soundproofed and equipped with professional lighting and a backdrop, ideal for recording podcasts, video calls, or social media content.

What's the maximum capacity for events?

Our auditorium holds up to 150 people, and by combining the available halls we can host events for up to 300 people. Tell us the size of your event and we'll put together a proposal.
